Combination Scales
WeighPack Systems, Inc. supplies the CombiScale line of combination scales. The CombiScale combination scale is the most advanced combination scale on the market in terms of speed and accuracy. There is a combination scale model to suit all your packaging needs.
The logical choice for weighing any type of product, the combination scale is available in 8, 10, 14 and 16-head configurations. The combination scale is also available with 1.3, 2.5 and 5.5 liter weigh buckets depending on your product and weight requirements.
Combination scales are ideal for packaging fresh and frozen food applications like poultry, seafood, candy, nuts and produce.
Combination scales are easy to operate and can weigh and fill up to 120 cycles per minute (up to 180 cpm for the high speed model) with accuracy within a gram. Combination Scales are quickly becoming a standard in the weighing & packaging industry.
Features include: stainless steel construction, digital control logic, tool-less disassembly for quick wash out, decontamination, and servicing. The CombiScale is microprocessor operated, stores recipes in memory, and easily interfaces with any type of packaging machine.
Vibratory scales
WeighPack designs and manufactures a line of linear vibratory scales called Tiger Scales. These vibratory scales are available in 1, 2, 3 and 4 lane configurations with several weight range capacities that can accurately weigh from 5 grams up to 50 kilos [over 100 pounds].
The vibratory scale is designed for small to bulk weights, from 5 grams to 100 lbs depending on the model and can be moved from one production line to another. WeighPack´s vibratory scales are mountable on all types of auxiliary packaging equipment.
These vibratory scales can weigh even the most challenging products. Easily weigh and fill fresh or frozen foods into bags, trays, boxes, bottles and almost any other type of package. Vibratory scales are great for snacks, candy, hardware and much more.
Unlike our competition, all contact parts on our vibratory scales are removable without tools. We use only 4" by 4" stainless steel tubing for our frames to ensure the strongest, most secure scale on the market. All vibratory scales are modular in design and are USDA approved and meets all HACCP criteria.
Controlled by our MULTI-TRIX Control Panel, this intelligent operating system has many impressive features including auto-calibration, auto-tare, active history screen, stores up to 100 recipes, tool-less disassembly and much more.
Horizontal Baggers
WeighPack Systems offers the largest range of horizontal baggers within the industry. We offer four types of horizontal baggers that can handle mid-range to high-speed applications ensuring that our customers´ every requirement is attainable.
Our horizontal baggers can handle all bag types such as pillow, gusseted, zippered, and stand-up bags made of polyethylene, laminated and paper materials.
WeighPack´s horizontal baggers include the Swifty horizontal bagger, Zippy horizontal bagger, the Bingo horizontal bagger and the VS horizontal bagger. These horizontal baggers are designed for pre-made bags. These models can handle both wicketed and non-wicketed bags, as well as zippered and stand-up designs.
All WeighPack´s horizontal baggers include easy-to-use touch screen control panels and stainless steel construction. Available options include gas flush and vacuum packaging.
The Swifty horizontal bagger uses non-wicket pre-made bags and automatically grabs, opens, fills and seals the bag. This intermittent horizontal bagger runs gusset, pillow, flat bottom, zipper and stand-up bags. The touch screen controls make the Swifty horizontal bagger very user friendly. It is ideal for liquids & powders.
The Bingo horizontal bagger is uniquely suited for many bagging applications. With vacuum and gas flush options, it is designed to manually or automatically fill a bag. This top loading horizontal bagger is compact and easily moved. The Bingo horizontal bagger is a small machine with big packaging capabilities.
The Zippy horizontal bagger can run both laminated and polyethylene materials and stand-up bags. Touch screen controls make the Zippy horizontal bagger very user friendly.
Vertical Baggers
WeighPack Systems offers the largest range of vertical baggers within the industry. WeighPack´s vertical baggers can handle mid-range to high-speed applications.
Our vertical bagger models are designed and engineered to be of high quality, easy to use, compact and affordable. From mid-range to high-speed production, we have a vertical bagger model to suit every need.
Our vertical baggers can handle all bag types such as pillow, gusseted, zippered, and stand-up bags made of polyethylene, laminated and paper materials.
We offer two families of vertical baggers. Our Vertek and XPDIUS series of vertical baggers use roll stock film to form and seal a bag during the packaging process. WeighPack´s vertical baggers can produce bag sizes from as small as 1.5 inches wide up to 22 inches wide.
The Vertek series of vertical baggers are designed for medium-size production. These vertical baggers are the most affordable vertical baggers on the market. Standard features on the vertical baggers include automatic film unwinding, touch screen controls, pneumatically-operated sealing bars, and 30 product set-up programs.
The XPDIUS vertical bagger is engineered for high-speed applications. All XPDIUS vertical bagger models are constructed of stainless steel and include automatic film tracking, touch screen controls, Mitsubishi PLC, and servo-powered sealing jaws 0 pull belts.
