VERTEK Series

The Vertek series of VFS bagging machines are designed for medium-size production requirements.

The Vertek series of VFS machines are the most affordable VFS baggers on the market. Standard features include automatic film unwinding, touch screen controls, pneumatically-operated sealing bars, and 30 product set-up programs.

Models include the Junior, 750, 1150, 1600 and 2200. Models range in bag sizes from 1" up to 22" inches wide at speeds up to 60 cycles per minute.

XPDIUS Series

The XPDIUS VFS series bagger is engineered for high-speed applications. All models are constructed of stainless steel and include automatic film tracking, touch screen controls, Mitsubishi PLC, and servo-powered sealing jaws / pull belts.

Models include the XP-800 and XP-1200 for bag sizes up to 12" wide with speeds of up to 120 cycles per minute.
