Our net weigh filler machine lineup come from different technologies including auger filling, container filling, pre-made bags, and wicketed bagging.

Star Auger Net Weigh Filler Machine

First off is the Star Auger automatic net weigh filler machine from the auger filling solution that is designed to handle powders and granules. Auger filling technology is most commonly used in applications requiring portioning and dispensing of powders, spices, coffee grinds, chemicals, flour, sugar, salt, baking mixes and other products similar characteristics. Our Star Auger is made of stainless-steel construction and has easy-to-remove tooling and hopper for faster and simpler cleaning and maintenance.

In addition, this filler machine is equipped with custom-designed screw that will determine your desired weight based on the volume. Our Star Auger models include Star Auger 100 and 200 that have standard features including PLC controls, color touchscreen, servo motor, 100 product settings, air release port and tube, and so much more.

Furthermore,for our container filling solutions, we have three container filler machines. First, is the Container Indexing Conveyor built with a heavy-duty stainless-steel frame that is designed to index and fill rigid containers including clamshells, bottles, jars and, cans. It is used for packaging fruits, vegetables, confections, snack foods, baked goods, and powders.

Another one is the Box Indexing Conveyor ideal for bulk filling requirements and is built to last the toughest environment. It is commonly used for confections, frozen foods, hardware, produce and more. Third, is the SpinDexer series designed to increase productivity when filling challenging products into rigid containers. It includes three models that are perfect for filling vitamin gummies, cheese balls, pretzels and narrow nut containers.

The next group of filler machine comes from the pre-made bags technology. A family of automated bag filling solutions all designed. Automatically open, fill and seal a wide range of pouches including stand-up (SUP or SURP), pillow, 4 sided seal, 3 side seal and quad pouches with zippers. Moreover, in three models, our Swifty Bagger machines consists of the Swifty Junior. Its production speed of up to 800 bags per hour; Swifty 1200 with rates up to 1,800 bags per hour; and Swifty 3600 for speeds up to 2,500 bags per hour.

Finally, we have the three automatic bagging filler machines from the wicketed bagging solution. Easy to operate and can run on various types of pouches or bags. First is the Bingo Bagger automatically vacuum or gas flush at the sealing station. We also have the Zippy Bagger, a continuous sealer for higher speed applications. Lastly, is the VS Bagger for applications that do not require sealing.
